First Time?

If you are already quite fit then you will have no problems getting started, but if this is your first time getting started and usually avoid all forms or exercise or movement then we recommend you start off slow.

You have made the first step just registering. The hardest part is just getting started, so find your closest lifestyle timing point and just go there, sit down and watch people walking past. Do this every couple of days until you are ready to make the move

At first, just go from one timing point to the next and back. Each time it will get easier. Remember you are in control. Don’t try to make the leaderboard just yet, just move, keep going and before you know it you will be addicted to moving.

Getting Started

Register and get your tag – you can do this by clicking the “I want a lifestyle tag button” and fill out the form.

Set up Your Profile – Once you have applied for a tag and verified your email address, you can log in and create your profile. You can fill out further profile details and choose several privacy options to control what can be seen by the public and your friends. However, the email address and home address you used when registering will never be visible on this site under either setting

Attach your Tag – Once your tag arrives by mail you are ready to get moving, have a look at the fit my tag segment below to ensure you fit your tag correctly.
